REFUND POLICY

If your order arrives damaged, you need to email Neglassart@gmail.com or DM us on instagram @NE_Glass_art within 36hours to notify us of the problem. We will ask you to send us the broken piece back to us. We will refund you the shipping cost and send you a replacement once we receive the broken item.

All returns must have a copy of the receipt

If you want to Change, Return or Cancel your order there will be a %20 restocking fee on the total of your order. If you want to return your order you are responsible for paying shipping both ways.

Any refund, return or cancelations may be subject to a %20 restocking fee. The fee can be waived for any of the following:

-Shipping Damage

-Defective Product

-Product is not what was advertised

-Received the incorrect product

Any Items that have been used or not in New or Original condition may not be returned.
